How I Mentor
I personally sit down with younger devotees and juniors to explain core data flows and the physical limits of hardware, rather than just rewriting their messy code for them. I deeply value humility and a genuine willingness to learn the physical constraints of systems over raw IQ. By bridging the gap between abstract code and physical reality, true mentorship happens.
