Lesson 1: Architect First, Delegate Later (The 10x Workflow)
Before I write a single line of application logic, I map out the data flows, data points, and schemas. Once the abstract "shell" of the system is designed and the bare-metal physical constraints are understood, I delegate the repetitive manual coding to AI agents, executing the work in parallel. This is how you compress 10 hours of typical corporate work into 30 minutes.
Lesson 2: Results Over Hours
I completely reject the corporate "clock-punching" mentality. If a task can be finished early, it should be. I deliver world-class infrastructure quickly, freeing up the rest of the day for what actually matters—chanting, reading Śrīla Prabhupāda's books, and associating with devotees.
Lesson 3: Show the Code (Scrum is a Waste)
Corporate agile and scrum meetings are a massive waste of time. Instead of arguing about bloated features or spending hours in stand-ups, my approach is to build the simpler, superior alternative and present it directly. Show the code to prove why it's better. Talk is cheap; compiling systems are truth.
Lesson 4: Ego Has No Place, Only Seva
Your approach will be questioned and your code might be criticized. If someone tries to take credit for your work, let it slide to keep the peace. Ego and credit do not matter; the seva matters. We should deflect all praise to Śrīla Prabhupāda and Krishna, and get back to the technical work.
